Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We work hard to source the highest quality ingredients and products and are confident in the quality we offer our customers.
We want all our customers to be in love with every TriVibrance™ product they receive!
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a return within our thirty (30) day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, without wear and tear and with its/their original packaging (unopened and Vibrant Space and oil blends, with the safety seal still on).
TriVibrance™ reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. TriVibrance™ is unable to absorb the return shipping cost charged by your chosen carrier and cannot assume responsibility for the return package until it arrives at our location.
For returns and refunds, if the package is unopened and the request is within our 30 day return policy, please email us on hello@trivibrance.com with your order number and what you would like to return and we will be happy to assist you with the return process. As soon as we receive the package, we will be in touch with you concerning the refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
For exchanges, email us at hello@trivibrance.com with your order number and what you would like to return and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. As soon as we receive the package, we will be in touch with you concerning the exchange.
Exchange process takes place after we receive and review the items. For a one-to-one exchange for the same amount, no refund will be issued. Customers will be responsible for returned shipping costs on these items.

Exchange/Return Policy For Opened Products With Safety Seals:
If your package has been opened and/or the products have been used, with the safety seal broken, we are unfortunately unable to take a return or exchange.
Exchange/Return Policy For Products Without Safety Seals - Damaged Delivery (Jewelry, Personal Protective Diode, etc):
If a product is delivered broken or compromised, please email us immediately at hello@trivibrance.com with pictures and an explanation. If the damage product is jewelry, promptly return the jewelry item for an even exchange. Such products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Returned products will be replaced with undamaged products. If the damaged product is a broken bottle, please promptly email pictures of the damage and discard the item after hearing back from us. TriVibrance™ will pay for the return shipping costs on products that were delivered damaged and returned.
We are sorry that we are unable to exchange items that become damaged after delivery of the product. As with all delicate jewelry, please treat your pieces gently and with care - we are not responsible for damage after you have been using or wearing the items.
Wear with Care - Jewelry Best Practices
We are so pleased that you purchased a TriVibrance™ "high vibe" jewelry piece. TriVibrance™ is not responsible for items that are damaged after they are worn or unpackaged.
To prevent damage, please keep your jewelry away from moisture. Take off jewelry when exercising, sleeping, swimming or showering. Store your jewelry in a sealed box or bag to prevent scratching, oxidation and tarnishing.
Incorrect Shipments:
In case you receive the wrong products, please email us immediately at hello@trivibrance.com with pictures. Such products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Returned products will be replaced with the correct ones.TriVibrance™ will pay for return shipping for incorrect shipments.
